What You'll Be Doing :
- Create, manage, and close out work orders in SAP based on planner schedules and equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate SAP records including equipment registration, preventive maintenance protocols, and bill of materials
- Plan and execute mechanical maintenance tasks, including preventive and emergency repairs
- Supervise a crew of Millwrights, Machinists, Lubrication Technicians, and contractors to ensure safe and effective work
- Lead daily maintenance meetings, coordinate with vendors, and support weekend / on-call supervisory rotations
What Are We Looking For :
High school diploma required; technical training or associate degree preferred3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including hydraulics and troubleshootingProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP PM Module preferredAbility to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical documentationStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a commitment to safety and reliabilityWork Environment :
Based in a corporate office and industrial plant settingRegular interaction with maintenance crews, vendors, and operational teamsMay require off-shift or night work depending on production needsExposure to mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying weather conditionsParticipation in weekend and on-call supervisory rotationsWhat We Offer
