Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and management, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and recommending appropriate actions.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all levels, including strategic sourcing, interviewing, selection, and comprehensive onboarding.
• Administer and communicate various benefit programs, ensuring employees understand their options and assisting with complex claims or issues.
• Support accurate and compliant payroll processing by partnering with finance and ensuring all HR data inputs are timely and correct.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary updates.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and managers on topics such as performance management, policy interpretation, and harassment prevention.
• Participate in HR strategy development and implementation, contributing to initiatives that foster a positive and productive work culture.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
