Role Scope :

• Partner with clinical ops, finance / actuarial, population health, product, and technology teams to analyze claims, EMR, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improved care delivery and cost management
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting pipelines using tools such as Power BI, SQL, dbt, and Azure Data Services
• Translate business questions into structured data queries and visualizations that enable leadership to make evidence-based decisions
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality, proper documentation, and alignment with business definitions
• Contribute to the design and monitoring of program performance, risk adjustment, utilization, and quality metrics
• Support internal and external reporting requirements including PACE-specific measures and CMS regulatory reporting
• Help define and evolve data governance and standardization practices in partnership with analytics and engineering teams

Compensation :

We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical / dental / vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 and is bonus-eligible. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
