We are searching for qualified Welders to assist in the repair, maintenance, construction, installation and fusion of plastic pipe and reconditioning of gas distribution pipelines.
Main Responsibilities :
Weld butt and hot tap fittings on live steel gas mainsWeld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positionsTack together assembliesClean driving record with a current and valid operator licenseHigh school diploma or equivalent. 2 years' experience in lieu of education can be consideredMust pass computer-based testing, specific to the local Customer's operator qualificationsPreferred Qualifications :
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)Required Qualifications :
Associate's degree or completion certificate from two-year college or trade school. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.Valid driver's license. Current DOT physical.Work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical situations.Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) and / or CDL-required vehicle.Connect with us on Social Media!
