(CEC) in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Construction Service Manager to lead our team and manage a diverse portfolio of construction projects. We're looking for a professional who can own every phase of a project, from initial client contact to final as-built completion.

What You'll Do :

As a Senior Construction Service Manager, you will be the driving force behind our construction services, overseeing projects from a high-level perspective. Your key responsibilities will include :

Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communicating project updates, and building lasting relationships.

• Project Leadership : Provide comprehensive oversight for multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. This includes coordinating and directing field crews and subconsultants.
• Financial Oversight : Manage project finances, including timely and accurate invoicing, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
• As-built Management : Ensure the timely and precise completion of as-builts and other final deliverables, maintaining a high standard of quality for project closeout.
• Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve potential issues on-site and in the office to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
