ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS :

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (retrofit and / or new construction)

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)

Clean, professional appearance and excellent customer interaction skills

High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and system performance standards

Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate install teams in the field

Possessing your NATE certification is preferred or a willingness to pursue

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE :

As a Lead HVAC Service Technician, you excel in both retrofit and new system installations while guiding apprentice helpers to gain valuable experience. You adhere to Holt Phillips' quality standards and industry codes, ensuring top-notch installations. Constantly communicating with the installation manager and dispatch team, you coordinate efforts for efficient project completion. You accurately document job details and system commissioning reports, always delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
