Utah & Arkansas Licensed Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Pharmacist-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate pharmaceutical use for patient care, ensuring compliance with policies and protocols

Provide patient care activities and support safe and effective drug therapy

Document clinical interventions and communicate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctoral degree preferred from an accredited college of pharmacy

Three (3) years of hospital experience required

Active Utah and / or Arkansas licensure

Meditech or HMS operating system experience preferred

Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
