Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Leominster, MA. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, delivering exceptional client service, and ensuring all policy needs are met accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong technical insurance knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and carriers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned commercial lines accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, audits, and certificates of insurance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions.
- Market and quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive coverage and pricing.
- Review policies for accuracy and compliance with agency and carrier requirements.
- Assist clients with claims by coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and other team members to support business retention and growth goals.
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system (Applied Epic or similar).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
3+ years of commercial lines insurance experience (agency or carrier setting).Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty license required.Strong knowledge of commercial lines products including General Liability, Property, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, and Professional Liability.Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic experience preferred).Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.J-18808-Ljbffr
