About The Position

Job Title : Radiologic Technologist

Profession : Radiologic Technology

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 40 Hour Variable

Hours per Shift : 40

Experience : 3 years preferred; 1 year considered based on experience

License : Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

Certifications : BLS, ARRT

Must-Have :

Must have OR experience.

Experience with patients in Outpatient, Inpatient, ED, OR, NICU, Pediatrics, Vented, and Sedated categories.

Experience with whole body, musculoskeletal, neuro imaging, and portable X-Ray.

No fluoroscopy procedures required (Lumbar punctures, GI studies).

Working knowledge of C-arm and EPIC charting system preferred.

Level 1 or 2 Trauma experience is a plus.

Description :

Seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-Ray imaging.

The role involves performing imaging procedures primarily in the operating room.

The candidate will be responsible for handling 15-20 patients per day.

They should have the ability to work with various equipment types, including portables and specific imaging rooms.

Weekends and variable shifts may be required as needed.

On-call responsibilities are rare and will be discussed during the interview.

Approval for time off must be sought.

Holiday expectations will also be addressed during the interview.

Scrub color will be provided in blue for OR procedural settings.
