Familiarity with assisted living, independent living, geriatrics and / or home health Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions Ability to lift 50 pounds Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Duties require fine motor skills,visual acuity, and walking / standing for extended periods Additional physical requirements include : pushing / pulling, bending / stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times A health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations
