What We're Looking For : Junior Presentation DesignerThe Junior Presentation Designer collaborates with senior designers and design leadership to produce visually engaging, effective designs. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicating clearly across internal teams and clients while remaining detail-oriented and adaptable. With a passion for visual storytelling, infographics, and data visualization, the Junior Designer is eager to learn and grow within the medium of presentation design. This is a full-time, remote positionDuties & Responsibilities : Take ownership of assigned projects with some guidance from other teammates (including CD)Produce world class work at a solid pace / volume (juggles 2-3 jobs / day)Communicate updates in the lifecycle of a project throughout great traffic reports and summarizes project for QACommunicate questions to leaders on projectsAssist in the design and production of marketing collateral, including digital assets, social media graphics and presentations.Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to understand design requirements and project objectives.Execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity.Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and creative solutions.Create and edit visual content, incorporating typography, imagery, and layout elements.Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to ensure our designs are fresh and engaging.Travel occasionally for networking and generating new business.Attend annual onsite retreats.Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities : None. Required Skills & Abilities : Program familiarity - Decision making + skill sharpening from working in illustrator vs. PPT / google slidesSlideware (PPT, G-Slides, Keynote) competencyProficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), FigmaStrong understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography.Basic understanding of digital design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) concepts.Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers.Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills to present and explain design concepts. Education & Experience : 1-2 years of experience as a Presentation Designer, preferably in an agency setting.Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Portfolio showcasing design projects that demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and a strong design sense.
