  • Valley Cooperative Association is a unique bakery wholesale distributor serving Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula for over 70 years!
  • Job Summary Drivers at Valley Bakers Supply and Valley Cold Transit and Storage are responsible for operating tractor-trailer semis to ensure timely and safe delivery and pickup of products.
  • This role involves transporting goods between our facilities and customers, maintaining excellent customer service, and adhering to safety regulations.
  • Drivers must manage schedules, ensure proper handling of products, and keep accurate records of deliveries.
  • With a focus on safety and efficiency, our drivers play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and operational success.

Competitive Pay :

  • Earn between $60,000 and $85,000 annually.

    • Top-Tier Equipment :

  • Operate tractors from 2017 to 2021 models.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Safely deliver bakery supplies to customers with a positive attitude.
  • Work a flexible schedule with a 4-5 day work week.

    • Start times range from 12 :

  • 00 AM to 6 : 00 AM.
  • Expect 10-14 hour shifts depending on your route for the day.
  • Some overnight routes may be required (maximum one night out), with optional weekend hours available.

    • Qualifications :

  • Hold a valid Class A CDL.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.

    • Preferred :

  • At least 9 years of general driving experience.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical required.
  • Physically able to repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
