As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Med Surg, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Participating in ongoing assessments of patient care quality.
  • Collaborating with team members to foster a supportive environment.
  • Engaging in service recovery to uphold our patient-first philosophy.
  • Managing staff scheduling and ensuring compliance with productivity guidelines.
  • Overseeing inventory control and supply management.

    • What You’ll Need :

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma.
