Grandfather Golf & Country Club is seeking a friendly and professional Hostesses to join our team. We have seasonal full time and part time positions available. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests and will play a key role in ensuring that they have a memorable dining experience. Our hostesses are responsible for creating the first and last impression of the club experience for Members and

guests! This position requires a very careful adherence to well-defined work and there is much consistency from one day to the next in this role.

Responsibilities :

• Greeting guests as they arrive and seating them at tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Answering phone calls, making reservations, and taking Togo food orders
• Communicating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure that all member / guest requests are met.
• Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and fulfilling special requests
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and lobby area.
• Assist supervisors with floor plans.
• Assist server, when needed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Clearing tables and resetting them for the next members / guests
• Assist with set up and break down of events
• Providing excellent customer service to our guests by answering questions and fulfilling special requests
• Assisting with other duties as assigned by management.
• Must be available to work holidays through July.
