About the Company

We are a small family owned flatbed fleet of 10 trucks based in Rensselaer Indiana. Hauling direct customer freight finished out and raw materials back.

Job Summary

  • Company Driver (W2, Solo)
  • Flatbed trailer
  • Regional
  • $1,200 - $1,500 total weekly avg. pay
  • $1000 minimum guaranteed weekly pay
  • 25% of load
  • 1,700 - 2,000 avg. miles per week
  • Line Haul
  • No Driver Load / Unload
  • 25% tarping
  • No slip seating

Home Time

  • 5 - 6 expected days out
  • You can stay out longer if you want to
  • Get 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked
  • Home every weekend

    • Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
  • Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
  • Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
  • Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

  • Class A license without any restrictions
  • 3 years Tractor Trailer experience
