Job Details :

  • Position : Receiving, Sampling and Shipping Specialist Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM Starting Hourly Pay : $30.00 / hr Weekday Schedule : Enjoy your weekends and evenings off, allowing you to have a balanced personal and professional life.

    • Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

  • Computer Literacy & Internet Savviness : Comfortably navigate various software systems integral to our operations, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite, and shipping platforms.

    • Physical Ability :

  • Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Receiving incoming shipments and matching them to expected inbound orders.
  • Prepping tools to be used to take samples from the incoming products (cleaning implements, cleaning workstation, etc.).
  • Taking samples from incoming products (taking photos, cutting strips or pieces of products, weighing them, bagging them and tagging them with codes) + data entry + organizing those samples for outbound shipments.
  • Packing samples into envelopes and boxes for outbound shipments.
  • Generating, printing and organizing shipping labels and documentation.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of clutter to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
