Jacobs' Jackson, MS team seeks a Senior Construction Manager who wants to make a difference in their community through solving the exciting construction challenges facing Jacobs' clients. We are looking for a highly motivated Construction Manager to work on a variety of water and wastewater projects. This position leads construction management teams, conducts construction management services, performs constructability reviews, facilitates the project bid phase development, performs construction site observation, provides construction progress and schedule reviews, and assists with equipment / facility startups and construction project closeout. The role is anticipated to include both field inspection for construction services and in-office construction administration tasks. Serving as a key team member on the Program, you will support engineering design staff, operations and maintenance staff, and our clients as you engage in projects from concept through construction completion. Our senior project / program managers are committed to strong mentorship and providing opportunities to work independently and with peers. You should be a self-motivated professional with a desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each project while delivering transformative projects for our clients, in our diverse and fast-paced office.

The base salary range for this position is $160,000.00 to $200,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
