Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) Phone Triage- OBGYN

At Women's Healthcare Group, we believe all women deserve exceptional care . The Women's Healthcare Group (Quivira and 435) is seeking a part-time skilled RN to join our patient care team. This individual will be responsible for providing phone triage and medical advice to patients across a range of women's health conditions. This position would be trained in all clinical aspects of the office including working with our physicians and mid-level providers to provide outstanding care in our busy practice.

Starting wage range : $27-$31 per hour, with quarterly bonus opportunities!

Responsibilities include :

  • Assess patient symptoms and needs over the phone
  • Provide medical advice based on clinical protocols and guidelines
  • Document patient interactions and maintain accurate healthcare records on an electronic health record (EHR)
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Provide patient education
  • Monitor patient follow-ups and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Manage emergency calls and provide immediate guidance for critical situations
  • Notify patients of test results as instructed by Healthcare Provider
  • Schedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA
  • Additional duties as directed by Clinical Supervisor

    • Education and Experience :

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in Women's Health
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgements
  • Experience with patient education
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience preferred
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • BLS Certification
