We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to join our growing team in the Florida region! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale exterior renovation projects from inception to completion. This role requires a leader with extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in the Texas market, who can navigate complex projects and lead teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to final walkthroughs including project close-out.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, safety meeting logs and required documents, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to onsite teams, ensuring high performance.
• Review progress and approve sub-contractor’s invoices.
• Must be able to multitask various projects at a time.
• Provide weekly updates via progress reports to management and customers.
• Assist with detailed takeoffs and estimating.
