Regular Full time
The base pay scale for this position is $29.15 - $30.21. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to : scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

Role Summary : Building Service Aide (Full?Time)
You'll be part of the team ensuring that our facilities reflect the exceptional standard of care we deliver. Your tasks include :
Cleaning patient rooms, hallways, waiting areas, and other public and support zones
Dusting, washing, and sanitizing equipment, walls, floors, and surfaces
Removing refuse, recyclables, and regulated medical waste in compliance with hospital safety protocols
Sanitizing receptacles, ensuring bathrooms and touchpoints remain germ?free
Maintaining an environment that is comfortable, clean, safe, and visually welcoming
Your attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to quality will help form the "first impression" of HSS for patients, visitors, and staff alike.
Qualifications & Skills
High School diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field preferred
Completion of specialized vocational or training courses is a plus
Ability to understand and communicate in English
Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical, detail?oriented tasks
Commitment to following safety, infection control, and facility standards
