Position Summary :
Support the Marketing Manager with renewal and mid-year pricing analysis, preparing presentation materials, and communication with carriers.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Request early renewal release and 24 months of claims experience from carriers – 120 days prior to effective date on large group and 90 for small
- Request Experience and Dashboard Reports from Carriers – 120 days prior to effective date (Large Groups).
- Spreading Current Plans and premiums.
- Receive and review renewal from Carrier with Account Manager and Producer
- Preparation of RFP for review with Account Manager and Producer.
- Release RFP to selected Carriers.
- Follow-up, receive and review quotes received from Carriers. Answer questions from Carriers.
- Give all quotes and Marketing correspondence with Carriers to the Producer for determination of what plans and rates to utilize.
- Finalize Client Presentation with Account Manager and Producer.
- Maintain, print and prepare meeting materials.
- Maintain effective information management between Account Manager, Producer and Carrier through all applicable means of communication.
- Obtain confirmation on finalizing rates from Carrier in writing.
- Send sold Plans and rates to Carrier for signoff.
- Ensure all RFP materials are located within BAM and the server
- Broker RFI’s for existing Groups.
- Request, extract and track renewal Proposals.
Requirements and Qualifications :
High School Diploma required.NV Life and Health License (Preferred but not required in the State of Nevada.)3+ years’ experience in the employee benefits industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially in ExcelPlease contact MNCP Staffing for more details at 702-268-9781
