People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking a full time Capital Improvement and Maintenance Technician for our affordable housing property at Abingdon Village / Highland View Apartments in Abingdon, Virginia.

Repairs include minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate for this position will have knowledge and / or experience in basic maintenance and repair of carpentry, electric, plumbing and HVAC. Basic computer skills are also required.
