We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in planning, organizing, evaluating and directing the delivery of quality PRP client services. The selected candidate should have knowledge of behavioral health community programs and services and experience working with individuals who have a mental health illness and / or substance abuse issue.

Duties :

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches.
• Assist and oversee the timely completion of assessments, PRP contact notes and individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide supervision and training for staff, ensuring accountability as a respected service provider.
• Collaborate with management on all phases of program administration, program development, evaluation and scheduling to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
