We seek a highly motivated and experienced Director of Catering Sales with preferred Marriott CI / TI experience to join our dynamic hospitality team. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic leader who will oversee the Catering Sales Department and ensure flawless event execution from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in setting revenue goals, optimizing guest satisfaction, and managing financial performance, all while maintaining a positive team atmosphere.

Key responsibilities of the role will include :

• Strong understanding of CI / TI procedures within Marriott properties.
• Maintain relationships with outside vendors to negotiate service agreements that enhance events and create additional revenue opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to position the hotel advantageously in the market.
• Proven experience in a catering sales or event management role within a full-service hotel, preferably within the Marriott brand.
