Key Responsibilities
Drive renewal conversations and proactively address churn risks
Guide customers in leveraging Managed Search capabilities for optimal performance
Identify account growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close deals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Account Management or Renewals Management for a SaaS or cloud-based product
Technical knowledge of search infrastructure and cloud-based deployments
Experience working with DevOps, IT Ops, Engineering, or Data teams is preferred
Proven ability to meet or exceed churn mitigation and renewal targets
Comfortable managing high-volume customer engagement through automation and CRM tools
