Campus Recruiting Specialist

As a Campus Recruiting Specialist within the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and driving strategies that will attract early career talent to our internship and rotational development programs. This position partners with collaborators within the Talent COE, Human Resource partners, and hiring managers while building relationships with key stakeholders on campus. The Campus Recruiting Specialist will bring in top talent to Regal Rexnord to create a best-in-class candidate experience, as well as best-in-class experience for our internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities include managing and owning cyclical campus recruiting operations, executing end-to-end early career recruiting cycle, consulting with leadership teams on strategic initiatives, and managing campus events to build a talent pipeline for internship and development programs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience, 3 or more years of talent acquisition experience, 2 or more years of campus recruiting experience, and strong knowledge of current campus recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices.
