Accurately and safely pack Compass cafe orders

Deliver alone to our cafes throughout the Washington region

Deliver a variety of cafe products including papergoods, coffee, frozen pastries and refrigerated milk

Assist in stocking, cleaning and other warehouse operations

Clean Compass vehicles and warehouse spaces

You'll make a great Evening Shift Distribution Assistant if you are :

A coffee lover! That includes drinking it, making it and talking about it

Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Strong attention to detail to ensure the complete and accurate delivery of orders

Dependable, committed to the safe and effective delivery of our products to closed cafes

Comfortable driving a box truck throughout the Washington region

Self starter, capable of completing a delivery route on your own

Basic Qualifications

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Available to work evening hours (starting at 5pm)

Current valid driver's license (No CDL required!)

Able to lift 75lbs, 100lbs with a partner
