job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSafely operate a 26 ft. box truck or larger to transport household and office goods Lead, train, and supervise a crew of movers during packing, loading, transport, and unloading Ensure proper handling of furniture, appliances, and fragile items to prevent damage Communicate effectively with customers to review move details, address concerns, and provide updates Complete paperwork and collect payments as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and job site Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies Minimum 2 years of experience driving a 26 ft. box truck (or larger) Valid U.S. drivers license held for at least 2 years Clean driving record Prior moving industry experience strongly preferred Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in a physically demanding environment Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Competitive pay with opportunities for tips and overtime Career growth opportunities within the company Positive, team-focused work environment
