Must Haves :

2+ years of administrative or office experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Strong communication skills

Experience in a tech startup environment

Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision

Customer service mindset

Preferred :

College coursework or equivalent experience in a related area

Experience with WeWork or similar Tech start-up office environments

Proficiency with gSuite

As the Workplace Lead, you’ll be the face of the office, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. You’ll manage office appearance, coordinate meetings, welcome new hires, and oversee programs like office badges, snacks, and lunch. You’ll liaise with WeWork, respond to facilities requests, support employee experience events, and assist with office layout planning. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup culture and enjoys making a positive impact on workplace operations.
