: $20 - $36 / hour

Fabricates metal parts by operating mechanical equipment.
Operates one or more types of machines in order to meet production demands.
Complete tasks accurately according to customer specifications.
Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, reference planes, location of surfaces, machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Sets-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers; Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.

Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
CNC Machinist III Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years of experience is required.
Ability to demonstrate the skill, knowledge and experience required to manufacture complex parts with little or no supervision.
Ability to make complex tooling, inspect complex parts and be able to read and edit complex programs.
Ability to read and interpret drawings / blueprints, technical data and related specifications.
