A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers while assisting team members as a subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and assist with benefits, billing, and authorizations
Research complex issues and provide education on pre-authorizations while meeting performance goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
