Salary : $23.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients , fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with and oversee the bookkeeping department to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and manage bookkeepers' work , ensuring high standards of quality.
  • Assist the CPA with tax preparation and filing , especially during tax season.
  • Take charge of tax season coordination to ensure deadlines and compliance are met.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members.
  • Handle additional accounting and tax-related duties as needed.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • 2+ years of tax preparation experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor bookkeepers .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and staff.
  • Proficiency in accounting and tax software like QuickBooks, QBO, ProConnect, or Lacerte .
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and client data security .
