Candidate Requirements

  • Must have active CA licensure prior to submission
  • Minimum Board Status : Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Active DEA required prior to start
  • Required Certifications : BLS, PALS
  • The following immunizations are required for credentialing (Prior to start) : Flu Vaccine, TB status / X-ray Results (Must be within 90 days of start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (Must be within the last 10 years) (Covid-19 Vaccination and Booster no longer required)

  • Includes some chronic pain management
  • Chart closure within 72 hours
  • Patients Per Day : 18 (Mix of peds / adults)
  • Schedule : Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm)
  • Decision Typically made within 7-14 days
  • EMR : Epic
