This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product, Platform & Enterprise Full Stack Software Engineer (Software Engineer I / II) in United States.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will contribute to developing and deploying scalable, reliable, and high-performing software solutions that directly impact complex logistics operations. You will work across product, platform, and enterprise engineering teams, creating distributed systems, APIs, and automation tools that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including microservices, serverless architectures, AI / ML-driven systems, and cloud platforms. You will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply best practices in secure coding, testing, and observability. The position is ideal for engineers eager to grow in a dynamic environment while delivering tangible business value.

Accountabilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality production software across product, platform, and enterprise domains.
  • Build and maintain scalable distributed systems, including messaging platforms, microservices, data platforms, and serverless runtimes.
  • Implement AI / ML solutions for high-speed, large-scale predictions and analytics.
  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs, automation scripts, and integration tools to support platform services.
  • Ensure system observability by developing and maintaining monitoring and alerting frameworks.
  • Participate in design reviews, incident retrospectives, and RFC processes to continuously improve software quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability, performance, and user experience.
  • Apply secure coding practices and contribute to security-conscious software development.
  • Learn and adopt new technologies quickly to support evolving engineering needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or 2+ years of equivalent professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C# with solid object-oriented design skills.
  • Experience in developing, testing, and deploying software in production environments.
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to participate in design reviews, incident analysis, and knowledge sharing effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing technical requirements.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
  • Prior experience with distributed systems, scalable services, and platform engineering.
  • Interest in sustainable infrastructure, cost / resource optimization, and platform efficiency.
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration tools and observability dashboards.
