Out of town office events completely paid for every 18 months average After all benefits kick in, we average about over 15k in annual benefits Ability to work with computer and technology 5 star customer service skills Ability to professionally communicate on the phone NC Radiology Certificate CPR training up to date Responsible for all new patient and pre-treatment patients which includes confirmation calls, greeting new patients, presenting treatment options and finances, completing all contract paperwork. Maintaining the observation program and ensuring all patients have a future appointment. Maintaining the pending patients with phone calls and emails. Tracking all pending calls on the pending log. Tracking all new patients, contracts and observations on the applicable tracking spreadsheets. Answer telephones and greet / seat patients as needed. Review the schedule daily, weekly and monthly to ensure all new patient and observation appointments are filled. Communicate with referring doctors and insurance companies. Marketing campaigns, events and programs. Take pictures and 3D scans Provide backup to the front desk. Provide back up for clinic at least to take scans / impressions and pictures Take x-rays Assist with periodic marketing activities on non-patient days / hours Maintain a clean area of work PLEASE READ THIS BELOW

This position is for orthodontic treatment coordinator . Days and hours have some flexibility, from 24-32 hours / week (for full benefits). During the busy orthodontic seasons, you will likely be required to work more hours.
Koerich Orthodontics is looking to hire an orthodontic treatment coordinator. We are a close knit team looking to hire a sweet, customer service oriented team player to our clinical assistant team. Your primary role will be at our Indian Trail and Monroe offices.
It is important for our ideal candidate to be able to communicate knowledgeably and concisely about treatment needs and the orthodontic treatment process with our patients and their parents. Our ideal candidate is proficient with computers and able to multi-task while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well with team members.
