Some responsibilities of position :

Manage a caseload by taking individuals to appointments and medical treatments
Evaluate need for health-related equipment
Participates in care planning meetings with those involved in the medical care of person
Monitor treatment practices of DSP's
Ensures Fraser individuals receive the best care in regard to their medical treatment needs!

Requires :

RN certification

2+ years working with individuals with disabilities

2+ years professional nursing in public health

Must be compassionate and have a great attitude!
