A company is looking for a Salesforce Incident Management Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Create, prioritize, and triage service requests and incident tickets for timely resolution
Monitor Salesforce systems to proactively identify and resolve issues
Develop and refine incident management procedures while documenting incidents and solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience
Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
Hands-on experience using Salesforce
Working knowledge of health care and the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and have lived in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
