Company Description
The focus of the Campus Coordinator position is to provide administrative support to the campus. This person is the campus advocate and subject matter expert on all campus-related events and processes. They will be responsible for campus event management, financial management, and administrative support. Responsibilities will also include Adult Ministry, Next Gen, Guest Experience support.
Job Description
Campus Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support for Campus Pastor
- Verbal and written communications
- Manage incoming phone, email, and mail correspondence
- Maintain stock of office supplies
- Data entry and data integrity management
- Subject matter expert for internal happenings, systems, and processes
- Train campus team on updates to processes and procedures
- Manage community partnerships
- Maintain confidentiality of privileged information
Campus Calendar and Event Management
Collaboration with campus team and central teamEnsure event logistics are coordinated efficientlyProvide event administrative supportManage campus promotionsManage campus calendarCampus Financial Management
Be aware of and monitor of campus budgetPrepare and approve monthly expense reportsMaintain communication with finance teamInvoice, purchase order, and expense managementCampus benevolence administrative supportCampus Ministry Support
Significant administrative support of Adult Ministry team including but not limited to :Next StepsWeddings, Funerals, and Premarital ProgramBenevolenceGeneral administrative support of Next Generation and Guest ExperienceProvide pastoral care as neededQualifications
