In this role you will :

Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans
Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to enhance independence
Provide guidance and support to patients in transitioning back to work or school environments
Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practices

Qualified candidates will have :

Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists

Hold a valid state license

We keep core operating hours - but our therapists and nurses have flexibility in scheduling their appointments and day!

Ability to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation

It's great to have had home health, acute care, long-term care and / or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
