In this role you will :
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to enhance independence
- Provide guidance and support to patients in transitioning back to work or school environments
- Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practices
Qualified candidates will have :
Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational TherapistsHold a valid state licenseWe keep core operating hours - but our therapists and nurses have flexibility in scheduling their appointments and day!Ability to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentationIt's great to have had home health, acute care, long-term care and / or rehabilitation experience but not always required!What's in it for you :
