We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing essential financial operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and supporting the overall efficiency of our accounting processes. Responsibilities :

Perform reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts to ensure transaction accuracy and completeness.

Execute weekly check runs, including processing virtual card payments and organizational disbursements.

Coordinate the timely distribution and processing of incoming invoices.

Record daily deposits with precision, including checks and entries into the organization’s banking system.

Process customer credit card payments securely and efficiently.

Assist with customer credit applications by collecting and verifying required credit references.

Support general office operations, including mail handling, document filing, and administrative tasks.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in processing invoices and handling corporate credit card transactions.
• Familiarity with managing check runs and credit card payments.
• Knowledge of financial services software such as ADP.
• Ability to multitask and manage office administrative duties effectively.
