Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the unified revenue model and P&L for Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
Oversee a SaaS sales playbook and regularly audit, test, and evolve it based on market feedback
Recruit and mentor senior revenue leaders while establishing onboarding and evaluation frameworks
Required Qualifications
Track record of leading a SaaS company to $100M+ in revenue
12-15+ years in revenue leadership, with 5+ years in top-tier roles
Experience in hiring and scaling teams of 20+ while maintaining quality
Deep fluency with SaaS economics and metrics
Experience building RevOps and optimizing data systems
