The Role
Managing Consultant, Services Business Development - Community Institutions will manage a portfolio of strategic clients within USFI, initiating and growing relationships to generate and qualify opportunities and promote Mastercard Services solutions to drive sales.

- Own the sales process from prospecting to contracts, ensuring efficient sales cycles and urgency.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals with strong personal performance.
- Lead pitches from storyboard to presentations tailored to the audience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define engagement scope aligned with objectives.
- Support project / customer success teams in problem-solving and planning.
- Deliver concise presentations communicating key insights and recommendations.
- Coach and develop team members; contribute to intellectual capital.
- Continuously seek knowledge and skills to grow professionally.
All About You
Sales experience in SaaS, data & analytics, consulting, and / or cybersecurity.Proven ability to meet / exceed sales targets.Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.Strong networker with the ability to influence and generate revenue opportunities.Commercial drive with the ability to monetize senior client relationships.End-to-end sales ownership including prospecting, scoping / pricing, contracts, negotiation, and kickoff.Experience managing projects or teams.Knowledge of consumer and commercial payments market is a plus.High energy, initiative, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.National Salary Range (Applies Regardless of Location) : $139,000-$222,000
