We’re looking for a detail-oriented Associate Producer / Project Coordinator to support a variety of experiential and environmental projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and has experience managing logistics, timelines, and deliverables for agency-driven work.

Responsibilities

  • Support producers and project managers in coordinating experiential / environmental activations.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on target.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to manage workflows.
  • Provide logistical support for onsite activations when needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Associate Producer, Associate Project Manager, or Project Coordinator.
  • Background working with experiential or environmental agencies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility for minimal travel if required.
