DESCRIPTION :

Perform professional medical activities as a primary care physician providing acute, chronic, and preventative medical care.

Full time-40 hours per week

REQUIRED :

CO state license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified or Eligible

ACLS & BLS

Minimum three (3) years in a family practice setting preferred.

COMPENSATION :
