This is an in-person position is based out of our corporate office in Lexington, KY. The eCommerce Coordinator supports all aspects of the eCommerce business by maintaining accurate product information and site content to drive sales and deliver a seamless customer experience. This role ensures product launches and updates are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Supports daily maintenance and merchandising of eCommerce site and sales channels (Instagram Shopping, Shop App etc.) including but not limited to SKU management, product description and content, and promotional imagery.
  • Serves as subject matter expert in Shopify (eCommerce) platform. Supports ongoing Shopify updates, projects, and maintenance.
  • Works with Design to understand and communicate product features and benefits, continuously improving product presentation, including but not limited to descriptions, key features, photography, and restrictions.
  • With direction from cross-functional department leads, assists with ecommerce and digital marketing product launch calendar.
  • Provides ongoing recommendations to leadership on how to consistently improve eCommerce inventory management and website.
  • Provide updates on competitors' online presence, including mobile, with specific call-outs for innovation.
  • Support site search by updating key words and synonyms frequently.
  • Supports communication around inventory availability to cross functional teams.
  • Support SEO and driving traffic to the site by collaborating with the Marketing team.
  • Assists Marketing team with ERP tasks related to ordering product for flat lays and marketing assets.
  • Assists Customer Relations team with product-specific questions and updates.

  • Who we would like to meet :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience; apparel or fashion experience a plus.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong general computer skills.
  • Familiar with eCommerce or inventory platforms; Shopify experience a bonus.
