  • Analyze each businesscontext and match with Apple IT infrastructure in terms of databases, dataextraction, data processing and enrichment, data retention, reportinginfrastructure and IT tools, which would be used to come up with a strategy toimplement business needs.
  • Analyze business needs toformulate a system that meets the requirements of business.
  • Use Apple ITinfrastructure and tools like ETL framework, Snowflake, Tableau, Python and ETLmetadata setup to create and transform business requirements into technicalspecifications which covers scope, required process workflow, testing and scopefor automation from development to implementation.
  • Analyze the impact onexisting reporting layers and applications due to changes in source system dataand addition or modification of source system functionality. Output from impactanalysis will provide details on changes required in Services data extracti on,data processing, reporting layer and ultimately on business reporting KPIsreported through GBI reporting UI like Royalty Approval UI, Tableau dashboardsand direct reporting SQL queries used by business users.
  • Extract, clean and Analyzedata using SQL, Python to identify patterns and trends on sales data for bothprescriptive and predictive analysis
  • Develop and maintain datacentric reports and dashboards in Tableau at both Static and Dynamic stages.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods tointerpret data, generate reports and create presentations that convey findingsto the stake holders
  • Develop and deploy automation scripts inSQL / Python to enhance efficiency in reporting work flows
  • Implement automation solutions to reducemanual effort, improve accuracy and accelerate business processes
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Finance, Operations, Apple care, SAP to understanddata requirements and flows to Reporting ESL’s
  • Troubleshoot datadiscrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues proactively

    • Manage multipleprojects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, havedocumentation of process on par with the fast-paced environment.
