Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, we are in search of a Senior Supply Chain Manager who will lead and direct strategic and tactical facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, planning, warehousing, inventory management, logistics and inventory control as well as provide support for the needs of product management, R&D, IT and other indirect internal customers. Since this position will support multiple manufacturing sites, the location for this position will ideally be based out of our plants located in Denver, CO, Houston, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Troy, MI, or Charlotte, NC however location flexibility may be considered for exceptional candidates.
We are seeking a detail-driven and self-motivated Contract Compliance Analyst to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensure adherence to policies and regulations and support cross-functional teams. This role requires expertise in contract management, regulatory compliance and supplier standards, with the ability to work independently.

In this role you will get to :
Demonstrate Trystar’s guiding principles and values.Compliance Oversight : Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines, and applicable laws (e.g., Buy American Act, Fair Labor Practices)Supplier Standards : Monitor supplier adherence to social, environmental, and ethical requirements through audits, certifications, and documentation review.Contract Management : Track contracts from initiation through execution, renewal, and termination; monitor expirations and obligations; abstract and track key compliance tasks.Documentation & Systems : Maintain centralized contract repository; upload executed agreements to Raindrop and related platforms; ensure metadata accuracy and confidentiality.Reporting : Prepare dashboards and KPI reports on contract status, compliance rates, expirations, and cost savings.Stakeholder Coordination : Route contracts for review, approvals, and signatures; resolve bottlenecks; liaise with Legal, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations.Process Improvement : Maintain contract templates and clause libraries; recommend enhancements to contract processes and compliance tracking.Job Requirements : Basic Qualifications
B.S. degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain or related field2+ years in contract administration, compliance, or legal operationsExperience with CLM / ERP and project management systems (e.g. Raindrop, Epicor, Monday.com)Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong communications skills (oral, written and presentation) with the ability to influence across all levels.Preferred Skills
Experience with NDA tracking and dashboard creation.Understanding of legal terminology and contract law.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.Benefits :
