Senior Security Specialist

Puyenpa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Security Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the security integrity of our Government contract projects for a program based in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This position is a full time, onsite role. This position requires an active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Puyenpa team supporting USSOUTHCOM efforts in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The main responsibilities of the role include :

Project Management :

• Managing Security Operations projects from initiation to completion, adhering to Government contract requirements and deadlines. This includes :
• Developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Tracking project progress and identifying potential roadblocks.
• Conducting risk analysis and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Evaluating project performance and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Establishing processes and assigning resources to effectively fulfill contract performance requirements.
