Position CAD Production

Pay range 35-40 / HR

Location Fort Worth TX 76102

CAD Designer - For Land Development- Civil

NOT REMOTE

Responsibilities :

  • Create CAD drawings for land development projects (residential and commercial) using Civil 3D software.
  • Design grading, erosion control, stormwater, and sewer systems in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and prepare project documentation.
  • Assist in the review and approval process with regulatory agencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in land development and CAD design.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in CAD design for land development projects.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and strong knowledge of grading, erosion control, stormwater, and sewer design.
  • Experience in residential and / or commercial land development projects is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
