Position Overview

The Commercial Litigation Attorneys will handle a wide range of business and commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract disputes, corporate transactional litigation, and cases involving Korean and American banks in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation matters, from case intake through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and hearings
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and client management
• Represent clients in court and settlement negotiations
• Maintain billable hour requirements while working reasonable hours

Qualifications

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 $220,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
